Sleep Unlimited has recently partnered with several trucking companies in providing testing and treatment services for drivers diagnosed with sleep apnea. We have experience with the ever-changing market and regulations of DOT drivers to help make the process easier and less of a financial strain for those in our transportation work force.

Notice to Patients
Due to an increase in patients not showing up for scheduled procedures and a decrease in available schedule dates for incoming patients Sleep Unlimited is asking; for our patients and technicians convenience, that if you must cancel your appointment that you do so at least 48 hours prior to testing time.
Any patient who does not cancel within the allotted
time period will be billed a cancelation fee of:
